Located in downtown Janesville, Wisconsin, H&S; Hibachi Sushi Japanese Express is a quick service Japanese restaurant for budget-conscious diners. It is a dine-in, take-out and delivery establishment centrally located on Milton Avenue, opposite to Janesville Mall Shopping Center. Despite an area of only 1500 square feet, the restaurant is able to comfortably accommodate about 50 diners.

It sports a simple color scheme and minimalistic style that gets to the point without being encumbered by any extra frills, as owner Allen Lin puts it. Its large menu features a plethora of dining options, such as sushi, rolls, and items created at the hibachi grill, which is sure to delight even the most demanding diners. The California roll, Cucumber Roll and Avocado Roll are a few of the top selling sushi rolls but those looking for something else will find that too.

On the more exotic side, H&S; flexes its culinary muscles with its raw sushi selections. There is also a sprinkling of meat and vegetable dishes all over the menu for differing tastes. Sushi is the mainstay here at H&S.; At H&S;, you will also find sushi made based on traditional methods, but with a special twist. The tastes have modified slightly to suit the needs of customers.
